In my opinion this aircraft battery charger is overall good condition however it the only one I have ever come across, don't work on aircraft, so that just. So although it turns on and works, I am still selling this for PARTS, or TOO BE REPAIRED. The TDMC-85 Aircraft Battery Charger by Teledyne is a versatile dual-mode charger designed for both 12V and 24V batteries.

I plugged it in / tested the output terminals with my volt meter, on both 12 volts , 24 volts . In the 12 volts mode output was 9.4-15.1 VDC as you adjusted Current Adjust knob.
