The handle is broken, but it doesn't affect performance. I only ship to the CONUS sorry HI And AK Polynesia etc.

Used, but it works well. I have owned this for about 15 years, And it has always worked well me. So, my stuff should not stink. I am a retired elementary school math/science teacher, And try to keep my prices reasonable as know what its like live on budget.

I just do this to supplement my extraordinarily high retirement pay brouhaha. I just do not need it any more. I don't charge anything for the materials use shipping. I live in a smoke-free home.
